The FB design concept reached 20 Million online views within the first week of launch. It was a conceptional and systematic design approach to the largest platform in the world, focusing on a more streamlined solution for its online space, and created behaviour. The overall concept was designed encouraging behaviour and a greater control of user data. Facebook is a natural part of peoples lives today and it’s well known that the understanding of human behaviour and personalised information caused a big part of the platforms psychological success. This concept draws upon that theory by giving more control back to the user of what they want and don’t want to see, creating a greater and more personal environment when interacting with the UI.
